Front Desk Agent

**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team at Marriott International, Inc. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless and memorable guest experience.
- Process all guest check-ins by confirming reservations, assigning rooms, and issuing and activating room keys.
- Process all payment types, including room charges, cash, checks, debit, or credit.
- Process all check-outs, including resolving any late and disputed charges.
**Responsibilities**
You will also be responsible for answering and recording guest calls, messages, requests, questions, or concerns. Additionally, you will coordinate with Housekeeping to track the readiness of rooms for check-in and communicate parking procedures to guests and visitors.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You must also be able to follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, and maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
