Luxury Front Desk Supervisor

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and courteous Guest Experience Coordinator to join our team at The Ritz-Carlton Mexico City. As a key member of our Front Desk team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their stay with us is nothing short of extraordinary.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist guests with pre-arrival and arrival processes, including check-in and check-out.
- Conduct pre-calls to arriving guests, making arrangements and ensuring their needs are met.
- Manage Front Office duties, including billing, administrative tasks, and responding to guest requests.
- Respond to special requests from guests with unique needs, following up to ensure satisfaction.
- Provide information about the property and surrounding area amenities, including special events and activities.
- Answer, record, and process all calls, messages, and requests.
Requirements:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask.
- Knowledge of luxury hospitality and front desk operations.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends.
