Strategic Channel Partner Manager

Thales is looking for a Channel Account Manager LATAM who will be responsible for establishing and executing key strategic plans with solution provider/reseller partners in Mexico for security solutions.
This role involves working closely with key contacts to help partners build a vision and execute a strategy that derives maximum business benefit from offering Thales and Imperva solutions to their customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enable the partner community to drive Thales and Imperva sales.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with channel partners, Thales sales teams, and key end-user customers for continued business growth.
- Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives to deliver on the strategy.
- Understand key goals and objectives of the partner and come to agreement on mutual goals that align the partner with ours.
- Understand and be conversant on the partner business metrics of taking on our solutions and building a profitable business selling, implementing, and supporting them.
Requirements:
- Fluent in English, both oral and written.
- Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic.
- Business-planning skills to achieve a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
