Thales is looking for a Channel Account Manager LATAM who will be responsible for establishing and executing key strategic plans with solution provider/reseller partners in Mexico for security solutions.

This role involves working closely with key contacts to help partners build a vision and execute a strategy that derives maximum business benefit from offering Thales and Imperva solutions to their customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Enable the partner community to drive Thales and Imperva sales.
  2. Manage and develop strong relationships with channel partners, Thales sales teams, and key end-user customers for continued business growth.
  3. Plan and execute go-to-market strategies and marketing initiatives to deliver on the strategy.
  4. Understand key goals and objectives of the partner and come to agreement on mutual goals that align the partner with ours.
  5. Understand and be conversant on the partner business metrics of taking on our solutions and building a profitable business selling, implementing, and supporting them.

Requirements:

  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
  • Strong communicator and negotiator, analytical, results-oriented, customer-oriented, a strong time manager, autonomous, honest, and empathetic.
  • Business-planning skills to achieve a high level of customer and partner satisfaction.
