About the Role
Edgewell Personal Care is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Channel Sales Manager to join our team in Mexico City. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing key accounts and ensuring compliance with sales objectives and strategic guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
• Ensure sales objectives and key accounts management in accordance with strategic guidelines
• Apply innovative sales tactics and strategies in the modern trade channel to gain competitive advantages
• Increase market share for the entire category through sales tactics and promotional activities
• Manage regular and top-to-top meetings with buyers and directors to ensure results
• Achieve KPIs and goals such as sales goals, SOM, DII, DSO, gross margin, and forecast accuracy for each customer
Requirements
• Administrative degree
• At least 5 years of experience in sales
• At least 2 years of experience in retail stores management
• Fluent English conversation and written communication
• Strong change management capabilities
• High self-motivation skills
• Energetic, tenacious, critical thinking, and result-oriented
