**Key Responsibilities:**

• Ensure customer service targets are maintained at optimized inventory levels by procuring supply to meet demand plans, creating purchase orders, and tracking receipts.

• Analyze opportunities for improved supply utilization, standardization, and process improvement, and make recommendations.

• Work closely with Marketing and Demand Planning to synchronize all supply processes for Baxter Canada's Global Business Unit and other key strategic product families.

• Communicate portfolio supply requirements to domestic and international manufacturing sites to mitigate supply constraints and costs.

• Develop and execute short and mid-term purchasing plans, including PO creation, and determine and report supply chain parameters such as available to promise and customer back order trends.

• Complete portfolio lifecycle management to mitigate financial risk, and build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.

**Delivering Results:**

• Develop and manage portfolio metrics dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.

• Collaborate with Manager, Supply Chain Planning, and other business partners to develop and manage portfolio annual budgets.

• Maintain portfolio working capital targets and implement initiatives to optimize inventory performance.

**Driving Continuous Improvement:**

• Lead the back-order management process and develop optimization strategies with inventory and deployment.

• Support the Financial inventory quarterly budgeting process and implement initiatives to optimize inventory performance.

• Identify, report, and mitigate inventory write-off and excess inventories risk.
