Regional Sales Manager

Manitowoc Cranes* is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our mobile crane sales efforts in Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be accountable for driving market share growth and revenue goals, while developing and executing marketing strategies through our dealer network or direct to end users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative control of all sales processes, including quotation preparation and ongoing follow-up
- Monitoring dealer and service center performance against business annual plans
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers to develop and maintain loyalty
- Receiving and addressing customer concerns and enquiries on a daily basis
- Developing and executing country business plans in collaboration with the Sales Director
- Conducting market intelligence and competitor analysis
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree
- Excellent English language skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Strong communication, continuous improvement, adaptability, self-motivation, planning, and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
