Account Manager Job Description



Nexeo Plastics seeks a highly skilled Account Manager to join our team in Monterrey, MX.



The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering profitable growth in a defined territory by providing solutions to current and prospective customers.



This role is accountable for achieving volume, revenue, and margin growth targets by growing Nexeo's share with existing and new customers through the sale of product and service offerings.




  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  3. Stay up-to-date on market trends and competitor activity to ensure Nexeo remains competitive.
  4. Collaborate with internal teams to provide customer support and drive business growth.


The successful candidate will have a strong background in sales and customer development, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
