Job SummaryWe're seeking an experienced Sales Contract Manager to join our team in Higher Education. As a key member of our sales team, you'll be responsible for managing sales contracts, ensuring they comply with legal requirements and company policies. Your expertise will be critical in driving business growth and delivering exceptional results.

About the RoleAs a Sales Contract Manager, your primary responsibility will be to manage the contract process from start to finish. This includes:
- Writing and gathering necessary documents and information
- Sending contracts for signature and following up on requests for changes or modifications
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless contract validation
- FOLLOWING-UP ON ORDERS AND PROCEDURES RELATED TO CONTRACTS
- MANAGEMENT AND SHIPPING OF SAMPLES FOR SPECIAL PROJECTS
- REGISTRATION OF INFORMATION IN INTERNAL SYSTEMS
- ORGANIZING AND PROCESSING DATA RELATING TO PURCHASE ORDERS AND VENDOR PAYMENTS
- MAINTAINING A DIGITAL ARCHIVE OF CONTRACTS AND KEY BUSINESS DOCUMENTS
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A proven track record of experience in administrative roles and contract management tasks
- Professional working proficiency in English
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Detail-oriented and organized with a strong ability to multitask
- Proactive and able to work on own initiative as well as with a team
- Passion for quality and service
We offer a competitive salary range of $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
