Global Freight Sales Specialist

Decoy Rocket is a leading global NVOCC company seeking a skilled Global Freight Sales Specialist to join our dynamic commercial team.
**About the Role:**
We are looking for an experienced sales professional with a passion for international trade and logistics. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, negotiating commercial agreements, and providing exceptional customer service.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- New Business Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities through telephone prospecting and marketing strategies.
- Commercial Negotiation: Negotiate commercial agreements with clients to maximize participation in new cargo business.
- Client Qualification: Evaluate potential clients and transfer them to account acquisition representatives for further follow-up.
- Post-Sales and Account Maintenance: Conduct daily post-sales activities, including phone calls and written communication, to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain the assigned portfolio's cargo volume.
**Requirements:**
- Experience: At least 1 year in Inside Sales or commercial roles, preferably in an NVOCC or Freight Forwarder setting.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in International Business, International Trade, or related fields.
- Languages: Advanced English proficiency, essential for communicating with global clients and colleagues.
**What We Offer:**
Decoy Rocket offers a competitive salary of $22,500 - $27,500 per month, plus benefits and a direct contract ensuring stability and professional growth. The role is based in Mexico City, with a hybrid remote work arrangement.
