About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to join our team at Bayer. As a CRM Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing CRM strategies that align with the company's business and marketing objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement CRM strategies that drive business growth and customer engagement.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze CRM data to inform business decisions and optimize customer experiences.
- Provide training and support to sales and marketing teams to ensure effective use of CRM tools and platforms.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in CRM and data analytics.
Requirements
- University degree (Master or equivalent) in a relevant field.
- At least 5 years of experience in CRM, sales, or marketing.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful CRM strategies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
- Fluent in English (Portuguese desirable).
