CRM Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Manager to lead our customer relationship management efforts at Match Consulting. This role will report to the Head of the US office and will collaborate closely with internal processes and systems that maintain customer relationships, as well as the sales, support, and marketing teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Marketing Activities: Develop and execute marketing campaigns, including campaign briefing, copywriting, email creation, and campaign optimization.
- Campaign Management: Use CRM tools to create audience segments and target relevant cohorts with appropriate campaigns.
- Customer Engagement: Create and execute customer engagement/acquisition strategies in line with the company's marketing and financial objectives.
- Digital Campaigns: Plan, manage, and negotiate multiple digital campaigns with third parties where necessary.
- Campaign Optimization: Build and manage campaigns with messaging to customers or clients customized according to lifecycle stage and engagement level.
- Marketing Technology: Leverage industry-leading marketing technology to drive campaign success.
- Testing and Analysis: Adopt a Test & Learn approach to campaign development, carrying out regular A/B and multi-variant testing, and analyze data from retention marketing campaigns to report performance insights and recommend improvements.
- Business Operations: Develop overall business operations and awareness campaigns, overseeing performance analysis and updating where necessary.
- Creative Briefs: Develop creative briefs and assign to designers and copywriters to create high-quality, effective creative assets.
- Targeting and Content: Assist and advise on personalized targeting and content when required.
- 3-5 years of experience in CRM, direct marketing campaign execution, and analytics required.
- Experience in loyalty program management is a plus.
- Experience with various email marketing platforms, including Exact, Target (now called Salesforce Marketing Cloud 2.0), and triggered email programs such as Journey Builder, Pardot, etc. is a must.
- Experience developing integrated marketing strategies and integration of CRM with broader traditional and digital marketing efforts.
- Demonstrated ability to think strategically and understand relational data.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects/processes at one time.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders from cross-functional teams.
