About the Role

The Senior Solution Sales Executive is a key member of our sales team, responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our market share. This role requires a strong understanding of business software and IT solutions, as well as excellent sales and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute territory business plans to achieve revenue goals
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities, and develop strategies to drive sales
  • Work closely with the sales manager and team to develop and execute sales programs
  • Collaborate with the regional VAT team to educate target accounts on our solution set and conduct account planning for strategic deals
  • Lead efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within named accounts
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience selling business software and/or IT solutions
  • Proven track record in target achievement
  • Experience selling to CXOs
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Business, Engineering, or Technology)
  • Professional training and certification in sales methodology
