At Trust People, we're on a mission to revolutionize customer service with our award-winning, cloud-based software. We're seeking a talented Commercial Account Executive SaaS to join our team and drive top-line revenue growth by acquiring new commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to acquire new commercial customers and drive revenue growth.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities to cross-sell additional products and services to existing customers, optimizing account revenue and profitability.
  • Lead complex sales cycles, utilizing strong communication skills and value selling to articulate compelling business cases.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and maintain an accurate forecast to exceed quarterly and annual revenue goals.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent experience.
  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or solution engineering, specialized in the SaaS industry.
  • Strong experience in selling to VP and C-level executives.
  • Knowledge of the full sales cycle.
  • Experience with key sales tools such as Salesforce, Outreach, and Clari.
