Job Summary:

Oilandgas.Org is seeking a highly experienced Service Delivery Manager to join our team. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for creating and driving the implementation of service strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with other business units to ensure consistent implementation of strategic plans across the service organization.
  • Execute service and sales channel strategy within your area of responsibility, driving growth and improvement of service productivity.
  • Develop and implement productized service offerings and materials for marketing purposes, investing in service sales to increase market penetration.
  • Drive consistent development of processes and practices based on customer feedback, ensuring customer focus and a sense of urgency in your area of responsibility.
  • Develop and implement performance targets, monitoring and reporting on key metrics such as financial performance, productivity, customer satisfaction, and operational excellence.
  • Run the day-to-day service business, ensuring profitable growth and improvement of service productivity.
  • Implement agreed delivery and performance standards to ensure consistency in quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Invest in improving the quality of existing service products and developing new service products to expand the portfolio in line with global direction.
  • Drive a continuous improvement culture, implementing improvements to achieve service excellence and increase profitability in your area of responsibility.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, Industrial or Automation Engineering, or Business Management.
  • At least 8 years of experience working in the Mexican and CA&C Electrical Systems industry.
  • Manufacturing knowledge and experience in large projects (over $3M USD).
  • Industry segment knowledge (Mining, Oil & Gas, Utilities, Food & Beverage, Water & Wastewater, Building/Infrastructure).
  • Proven leadership experience, including contract management, install base management, project and cost management, and customer service.
  • Availability to travel (up to 40% national and international).
  • Advanced level of English.
