Account Development Manager

Citi seeks an experienced Account Development Manager to join our team in the United States. This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary and excellent benefits.
Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for attracting, retaining, and growing relationships with SME clients in their portfolio. They will provide high-value services, offer comprehensive advice, and ensure compliance with sales goals defined by the franchise.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure portfolio growth through cross-selling, attracting new customers, and retaining existing ones
- Link existing clients through needs detection to enhance the customer-bank relationship
- Offer high-value services and comprehensive advice to SME clients
- Execute campaigns and strategies to boost sales growth
- Scale deviations and action plans while generating effective communication
- Comply with institution controls and regulations
- Visit clients to understand opportunities for improvement and develop plans in line with expectations
- Implement and influence action plans to achieve NPS goals
- Identify improvements in service and escalate to the Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in selling financial products
- Knowledge of financial products, especially credit to companies, sales techniques
- Excellent communication skills and management of objections with customers
Benefits:
