**Sales Strategy Development**:
As an Electrical Account Manager Based in Monterrey, NL, you will lead the development and implementation of account plans and sales strategies to drive share of wallet growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. This role is part of the Commercial Team at ABB, where you will leverage your commercial experience selling electrification products on the hospitality sector to drive business results.

**Key Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales targets
- Understand customer business drivers and translate them into ABB opportunities
- Participate in the development of sales strategies for the account
- Define sales targets and monitor competitors' activity

**Qualifications**:

Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering, Commercial Experience selling Electrification Products in the Hospitality Sector, Self-motivated, Doer, Active listening, Time management skills, negotiation, empathy and good communication skills, Advanced English Level
