About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Global Account Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of assigned customers, developing new business opportunities, and driving sales growth across various markets.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive account plans to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies
- Provide regular reporting and insights to senior leadership on sales performance and customer engagement
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or account management role, preferably in the food and beverage industry
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, marketing strategies, and customer relationship management
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team
Salary:$65,000 - $85,000 per year, depending on experience
