Job Overview
The Business Development Account Manager role at Aon Corporation is a key position responsible for building and maintaining strategic relationships with clients and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze client needs and deliver tailored solutions to meet their goals.
- Negotiate with insurers and internal support areas to secure policy renewals and endorsements.
- Prepare and present quarterly results to clients, highlighting value-added services.
- Request and send monthly accident rate reports to clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree completed.
- Intermediate English language proficiency.
- Technical knowledge of main coverage and placement of damage programs, intermediate-advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, base crossings, formulas).
