Digital Account Manager

Citi is seeking a highly skilled Digital Account Manager to join its team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and managing the digital account, including defining the value proposition, characteristics, and attributes of the product.
You will also be responsible for overseeing and coordinating efforts related to the rebranding process of DDA's. This position requires a strong understanding of digital marketing and product management principles, as well as excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage the digital account, including defining the value proposition, characteristics, and attributes of the product
- Oversee and coordinate efforts related to the rebranding process of DDA's
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform product development and marketing strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure alignment and effective execution of product plans
- Manage day-to-day product marketing activities, including product delivery, client experience, and client communication strategies
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 6-10 years of relevant experience in product management and digital marketing
- Proven track record of successfully developing and launching digital products
- Excellent communication and project management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
