About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Support Engineer to join our team at Amazon Web Services Mexico S. de R.L. de C.V. As a Cloud Support Engineer, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, helping them to troubleshoot and resolve issues with our cloud-based services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and web/live chat
  • Apply advanced troubleshooting techniques to resolve complex technical issues
  • Work with customers to identify and resolve root causes of issues
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of AWS services and features
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve support processes
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience with enterprise systems administration in Windows Server and related services
  • Knowledge or experience with network troubleshooting
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English (written and spoken) within technical and business settings
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Mathematics or related field
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts and/or experience with any cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
  • Experience scripting or developing in one or more of the following languages: UNIX Shell, Python, R, Ruby, GO, Java,.NET (C#), JavaScript
