About the Role:

Ecolab is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distributor Sales Manager to join our sales team. As a key member of our Institutional division, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing strong relationships with our distribution partners in Mexico.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and increase market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners, including regular communication and training
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new product introductions and demonstrations
  • Provide sales support and training to distributor sales representatives
  • Travel extensively throughout Mexico to meet with customers and partners

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
  • 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a business-to-business environment
  • Proven track record of success in sales and business development
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience working with distributors and in the food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality, and/or pool and spa industries
  • Industry-related experience in commercial sales and business development
