The Fi Company is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients and ensuring their satisfaction with our products and services.

Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Service Manager who possesses excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. You will be the main point of contact for all non-NPD communications, handling purchase orders, account KPIs, daily/weekly communication, coordination shipments, and client communication to ensure overall client satisfaction.

You will collaborate with various internal departments to ensure client deliverables are identified, understood, and addressed. Your high-level knowledge of forecasting, demand planning, and scheduling related to manufacturing and client service fulfillment requirements will be invaluable in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a client advocate and main point of contact for all non-NPD communications
  • Manage purchase orders, account KPIs, and coordinate shipments
  • Communicate with clients to ensure overall client satisfaction
  • Collaborate with internal departments to ensure client deliverables are met
  • Participate in active listening and seek to understand client perspectives
  • Proactively seek information on trends and issues impacting the job and enhance own understanding of the business

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Proven experience in account management with a focus on demand and order fulfillment, preferably in the manufacturing industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in demand planning and order management software/tools

Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. The salary is competitive and includes a comprehensive benefits package.

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, with a 30-minute lunch break.
