Key Responsibilities

We are seeking highly skilled Customer Service Representatives to work in our Distribution Center in Tijuana.

The primary function of this role is to act as a liaison between the customer and our company, ensuring exceptional service delivery and maximizing customer satisfaction.

This position requires strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively resolve customer inquiries and concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional phone support to customers
  • Offer chat or SMS support to meet diverse customer needs
  • Work flexible schedules: Schedule 1 (Monday-Friday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.) or Schedule 2 (Tuesday-Saturday and Sunday-Thursday, 7 a.m.-5 p.m.)
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must possess excellent customer service and communication skills. A bachelor's degree is preferred, but a high school diploma is required.

You should be fluent in both spoken and written English, with proficiency in English grammar. Additionally, you need to have a typing speed of at least 36 wpm and basic computer skills.

Prior experience working with MacOS is preferred, and having access to a car is beneficial for transportation purposes.

Estimated Salary Range

We offer an estimated annual salary of approximately $34,800-$40,000 based on your location and experience.
