Sales and Marketing Analyst

The Sales and Marketing Analyst plays a pivotal role in supporting the sales and marketing teams by providing accurate and timely sales forecast reports that are often used to inform business decisions. This position requires a diligent individual with strong analytical and collaboration skills and the ability to interpret data to drive strategic decisions.
This is a hybrid role requiring three days in the office and 2 days remote, with a focus on driving business growth and improving sales and marketing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Forecasting: Develop and maintain monthly and annual sales forecasts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Business Metrics: Monitor and report on key performance indicators to evaluate the effectiveness of sales and marketing initiatives.
- Future Market Analysis: Support the development of future market analysis for the business based on trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.
- Reporting: Create and present detailed reports and dashboards to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with sales, marketing, and finance teams to gather data and ensure alignment on business objectives.
- Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of sales and marketing activities.
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis and reporting as needed to support business needs.
- Bilingual in Spanish/English: Both written and verbal skills are preferred.
- Education: Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or similar degree required.
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in Engineering, Business Administration, Sales, or Marketing or similar field/industry is required; 8+ years of experience in the power and energy industry is preferred.
- Skills: Strong project management skills with the ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams. Proficiency in written and verbal communication; effective approach in team settings. Results-oriented demeanor with a focus on achieving measurable outcomes.
- Authorization: Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization.
