We are seeking a highly skilled Ad Sales Director to join our team at Warner Bros. Discovery. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving Ad Sales Budgets based on price, inventory, and industry analysis.
Main Responsibilities
* Maintain and develop existing relationships with clients and agencies, including incentive negotiations with agencies and PR relationships with direct clients.
* Develop Marketing strategies along with the Marketing team to position our properties in the top of mind of all Mexican audiences and clients.
* Develop and sell Branded Content to clients, as well as multiplatform campaigns.
* Ensure all tasks are made taking into account our DPTI target.
Key Accountabilities
* Negotiate incentive models for top agencies.
* Track and follow up of forecast, revenues (by manager and executive) in order to achieve monthly goals.
* PR with clients in order to grow the existing opportunities.
* Participate in internal regional meetings, Regional committees, weekly calls, etc.
* Forecasting annual and long range office revenues and budgets, including LRP ́s and T&E.
* Responsible for the implementation and follow up of the Mexico Ad Sales annual strategy, aligned to the regional strategy.
Requirements
* Fluent in English and Spanish.
* Broad knowledge and experience in media (Broadcast TV, Pay TV, Print, Digital, etc.).
* Experience in managing and leading teams of at least 5 people.
* 10 or more years of experience in the entertainment industry.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Above average skills in negotiation.
* Degree or equivalent experience in sales, marketing, communications.
* General knowledge of local market, players (competitors) and clients.
* Strategic and analytical mindset.
