Director of Sales Opportunity at Belmond

Belmond is seeking a seasoned Sales Director to spearhead our sales efforts and drive revenue growth. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to expand our customer base and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and objectives
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and report on market forces that may impact sales
  • Lead the sales process from planning to closing, driving results through effective sales strategies

Requirements:

  • 3 years of experience as a Director of Sales or a high-potential Sales Director Associate in the Luxury Hospitality industry
  • Fluent English and Spanish
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to influence at all levels
  • Strong ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Deep understanding of products/services and ability to position them against competitors
  • Demonstrable experience in developing client-focused solutions
  • Excellent listening, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Good working knowledge and experience of Groups sector
  • Responsible for implementing Marketing activities and leading the property team
  • Guide the area team to achieve the property sales goals
