- Implement continuous improvement projects that impact directly on the customer experience of the cities covered in the eDSP program.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Intermediate-level knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables, charts, and data cleansing.
- Experience in e-commerce and program or project management.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
- MBA.
- Bachelor's degree in BI, finance, engineering, statistics, computer science, mathematics, or equivalent quantitative field.
