About the Role

As a Senior Account Manager at Corporativo Lumston, you will be responsible for driving business growth and cultivating strategic relationships with our clients. Your primary objective will be to ensure customer satisfaction, promote our services, and contribute to the expansion of key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Manage Strategic Client Relationships
  2. Identify and Pursue New Business Opportunities
  3. Qualify and Drive Sales Initiatives
  4. Monitor and Manage Client Expectations
  5. Develop and Execute Account Plans
  6. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams
  7. Manage Existing Accounts and Assist with Contract Negotiations
  8. Contribute to Revenue Forecasting and Invoicing
Requirements
  1. At least 5 years of experience in account management or a related field
  2. Strong knowledge of web development and related technologies
  3. Ability to communicate technical concepts effectively
  4. Experience in managing web projects, preferably in an agency or web development company
  5. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong customer relationships
  6. Fluency in Spanish and English
