Customer Success Professional

At Nielsen, we believe in empowering our associates to drive their own career growth. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering value to our clients through expert data analysis and strategic recommendations.
This position requires a strong understanding of Nielsen's products and data, as well as excellent communication and relationship-building skills. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to advance Nielsen's position in the marketplace and achieve business goals.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Conduct onboarding and training sessions for clients, ensuring they receive the best possible support and guidance.
Develop and implement customized learning sessions and materials to address specific client business needs.
Analyze data trends to offer proactive recommendations on best performance platforms.
Build deep relationships with clients, demonstrating consultative account management skills and providing exceptional customer service.
**Requirements:**
Bachelor's degree
1.5+ years of professional experience in a client-facing role in media sales/research, customer success, analytics, consulting, partnership development, or professional training
Experience with Nielsen products and data preferred
Advanced English and Spanish language skills
