About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Executive Director, where you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end lifecycle administration for our North America operations. You will be the key point of contact for our employees, partners, and customers, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing employee information and data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to our partners and customers.
  • Leading and supporting projects that drive business excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborating with our HR Business Partners and Employee Lifecycle Specialists to ensure seamless execution of our HR processes.
  • Analyzing data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implementing changes to drive business growth.
  • Developing and maintaining process guides and documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of experience in lifecycle and HR administration.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as administration or psychology.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple workloads and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other business tools, including SAP and PowerBI.

Language and Communication

You will be required to have a high level of English language proficiency, as this is our most widely spoken language. Proficiency in one or more additional foreign languages, such as French, would be a significant advantage.
