**Lead a High-Performing Sales Team**
We are seeking a skilled Sales Team Supervisor to lead a team of sales representatives in a specific area. As a key member of our sales leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and developing and executing sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and expand customer relationships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales capability, category, and customer finance, to deliver sales plans and achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of sales success and leadership experience.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Intermediate level of English proficiency.
