Job Summary:
We're seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for developing and increasing aftermarket sales by handling and maximizing aftermarket calls with customers. You'll proactively develop the customer base, handle standard incoming quote requests, and ensure close follow-up on all open quote requests.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote the sales of replacement filters, parts, and other catalog products in assigned territory via phone
- Foster strong relationships and favorable contacts with current and potential accounts
- Resolve customer issues and problems, researching and making recommendations for potential product enhancements or modifications to increase sales
- Make standard quotes for the supported customer base
- Follow up by phone all open quote requests for the supported customer base
- Independently plan and schedule sales calls to maximize personal and territory sales impact
- Stay informed of market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity, sharing information with other personnel for better strategic placement in the marketplace
- Make written and oral presentations to customers and industry groups
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience
- English language proficiency (Intermediate)
