National Accounts Sales Director

About the Role

This is a key leadership position responsible for driving sales growth and revenue expansion within national accounts. The successful candidate will lead a team of sales professionals, develop strategic plans, and build strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring.
  • BUILD and maintain strong relationships with national account customers.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to drive sales initiatives.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities and areas for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership.
Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field is preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in major accounts selling or sales leadership.
  • Strong written, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential.
  • Excellent computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • The ability to motivate and develop talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proven track record of leading others, influencing decisions, and making a positive impact.
  • Results-oriented, with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • A high level of business acumen and analytical capacity to understand complex sales processes.
  • Collaborative work style, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Integrity, team orientation, and a desire to over-achieve are crucial for success in this role.
Travel Requirements

Estimated overnight travel for this position is 65% to 75%. Ability to travel frequently and stay overnight as required by the job.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits and bonus potential.
