Job Summary

Uline is seeking a highly experienced National Sales Director to lead our sales initiatives in Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales teams across the country, identifying best practices, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Lead and motivate sales teams to achieve sales targets and improve performance.
  • Collaborate with sales directors, managers, and trainers to implement targeted strategies and meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to sales staff to improve their skills and capabilities.
  • Communicate and present company updates and directives to sales leaders and other stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management with strong coaching skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, preferably in industrial, distribution, or business services.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the year to Uline's Mexico locations and occasionally to the U.S.
