Position Overview

Uline is seeking a highly experienced Sales Director to lead our Mexico sales team. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting sales initiatives across our Mexican branches and sales offices.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement targeted sales strategies to meet sales and profitability goals.
  • Oversee and coach sales directors, managers, and trainers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to succeed.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching to sales staff to improve their performance.
  • Deliver training and mentorship to develop the capabilities of the Mexico sales team.
  • Communicate and present company updates and directives to branch and corporate sales leaders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in sales/sales management with strong coaching skills.
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) with strong English written and verbal communication skills.
  • Extensive sales experience in B2B supplies, preferably in an industrial, distribution, or business services focus.
  • Ability to travel to Uline's Mexico locations up to 50% of the year, with some travel to the U.S.
