Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption of AWS security services.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives and technical decision-makers at large enterprise customers.
- Partner closely with AWS sales teams, including account managers, solutions architects, customer success, partners, demand generation, marketing, and more.
- Collect customer feedback to help guide the roadmap for our cloud security portfolio.
- Work directly with some of AWS's largest customers, developing relationships at the executive and technical levels.
- Advise customers on improving their security posture by adopting and operationalizing cloud security services.
- 5+ years of direct sales or business development experience in software, cloud, or SaaS markets selling to C-level executives.
- Experience positioning and selling technology to new customers and new market segments.
- 5+ years of field sales or business development representing a large technology OEM portfolio to large enterprise customers.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills, consistent with developing C-level enterprise customer relationships.
- Demonstrated ability to work across a matrixed, cross-functional team.
- Sales overlay experience (as a specialist, Enterprise, etc.).
- Experience working with or selling in cloud computing environments.
- A great advocate of great customer trust.
- Ability to operate successfully and independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Be comfortable with ambiguity and curious to learn new skills.
