Your Role

The Senior Manager, Marketing Technology will be a key member of our center of excellence team, driving the adoption of Account Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Automation Platforms (MAP) across the organization. You'll play a critical role in building a global MarTech stack, enabling faster time to market, asset and campaign re-use, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Act as product owner of MAP and ABM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and adoption.
  2. Lead the evaluation and rationalization of current similar applications, selecting one for standardization.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and marketing platform stakeholders globally, driving business cases and gathering requirements.
  4. Develop and maintain business cases, identifying total cost of ownership and gathering business requirements.
  5. Support the rollout of the chosen application, using change management skills to ensure adoption.
  6. Collaborate with the MarTech Enablement and Governance lead to establish standards for global use.
  7. Develop business requirements for consistent creation of lead scoring models in Marketing Automation aligned to marketing funnel.
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of operational requirements of ABM and MAP programs.
  • Excellent project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and able to work effectively with teams to develop new processes.
  • Experience developing business cases and participating in gathering business requirements.
  • Strong understanding and use of SalesForce CRM and related ecosystem to drive demand generation.
