Customer Service Liaison

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at Optiworks, Inc. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for managing customer orders, generating invoices, and collaborating with various departments to ensure seamless order fulfillment.
Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from receipt to completion, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Generate and send customer invoices, taking into account any applicable discounts or promotions.
- Collaborate with Production, Planning, and Shipping teams to ensure efficient order fulfillment and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and run reports to track sales, shipping, and delivery performance, as well as inventory levels and customer account information.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, preferably with experience in ERP systems and SAP.
- Knowledge of IATF 16949:2016 and proven skills with MS Office programs, particularly Excel.
- Strong PC proficiency and excellent communication skills.
