The Account Relationship Manager plays a vital role in ensuring the timely resolution of client issues. This involves collaborating across internal departments to deliver high-quality service and exceeding client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Validates client data and documentation in relevant systems to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Takes the lead in coordinating and following up with internal departments to resolve client needs in a timely manner.
  • Provides insightful feedback to clients on emerging product needs, competitive practices, and process/product improvement ideas.
  • Analyzes client data and provides relevant reporting as needed to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • 0-2 years of relevant experience in customer service or account management.
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field.
