Strategic Growth Partner for HR Certification Services

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Growth Partner to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the market.
About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and build strong relationships with senior HR professionals. You will work closely with our marketing team to identify and engage with potential clients, develop targeted sales strategies, and consistently achieve or exceed new business acquisition goals.
As a successful candidate, you will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proven track record in new client acquisition. Your ability to understand the needs of our clients and position our certification services as a valuable solution will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities- Identify and engage with prospective clients through research and social selling strategies.
- Develop and execute targeted sales plans to drive revenue growth and expand our market presence.
- Build strong relationships with senior HR professionals to advocate for our certification services.
- Collaborate with our marketing team to support events, follow up on digital leads, and increase brand visibility.
- Consistently achieve or exceed new business acquisition goals.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
- A degree (Associate's or Bachelor's) in a relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in HR technology, HR services, or SAAS.
- Excellent sales skills, including preparing for meetings, conducting needs analyses, delivering persuasive presentations, and managing objections.
- Negotiation skills, including preparing offers, negotiating terms, closing deals, and ensuring long-term agreements.
- Fluent written and spoken English, with additional languages advantageous.
- Willingness to travel for conferences, client visits, and company meetings.
In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive base salary ($80,000 - $120,000), performance-based incentives, and a range of benefits, including flexible working conditions, volunteer time off, and biannual sales team gatherings.
