Senior Travel Sales Professional

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Travel Sales Professional to join our team at arrivia. This role offers a unique opportunity to leverage your exceptional sales skills and passion for travel to drive business growth and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
As a Senior Travel Sales Professional, you will be responsible for generating new sales leads, building relationships with existing customers, and consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets. Your excellent communication skills, combined with your ability to understand the needs of our clients, will enable you to provide personalized solutions that meet their evolving demands.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and relationship-building efforts
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention
- Consistently meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to remain competitive
In return for your hard work and dedication, you can expect a competitive salary of $22,500 per month (approximately $270,000 per year), plus additional benefits such as exclusive employee travel rates, major medical insurance, life insurance, food allowance, and a saving fund.
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in a sales role, preferably within the travel industry
- A proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on relationship-building and customer satisfaction
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- A passion for travel and a willingness to stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
