Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Territory Development Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in assigned territories, developing and implementing strategic sales plans, and managing sales activities.

This role requires excellent negotiation skills, experience in upselling products or services to existing customers, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail. Proficiency in Spanish is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive growth and profitability in assigned territories.
  • Manage sales activities, including negotiations, contract renewals, and account development.
  • Leverage market analysis to identify opportunities and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, performance metrics, and customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
Requirements
  • 1+ year of experience in territory sales management or similar roles, preferably in the building supplies industry.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of successful deal closures.
  • Experience in upselling products or services to existing customers.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
