Overview: Blockchain technology is driving a significant transformation across various sectors. Chainalysis plays a pivotal role in this landscape by providing comprehensive insights into blockchain activities through our innovative data solutions.

Mission: Our sales team focused on the Government sector in Mexico and Central America is dedicated to fostering a safer environment by tracking and analyzing cryptocurrency-related activities, such as human trafficking, terrorist financing, and money laundering. We possess in-depth knowledge of government sales processes and maintain strong relationships within this sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and nurture relationships with Public Sector stakeholders, customizing sales strategies to meet their unique needs while effectively promoting Chainalysis solutions.
  • Achieve assigned revenue targets and expand our presence in the government and public sector markets through strategic prospecting and account growth.
  • Develop a robust pipeline of opportunities by leveraging data from sales metrics, marketing initiatives, and promotional efforts.
  • Build trust-based customer relationships that lead to referrals and enhance Chainalysis' brand recognition.
  • Gain a thorough understanding of Chainalysis' offerings, customer stakeholders, use cases, and decision-making criteria within your market.
  • Collaborate with various departments at Chainalysis to provide expert guidance to prospects on technical concepts, product roadmaps, and implementation strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a public sector role, particularly with law enforcement and intelligence agencies in Mexico and Central America.
  • Strong grasp of government procurement processes and experience in channel partner sales.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Extensive experience in managing and closing intricate software sales within the region.
  • Experience in developing territory and account strategies utilizing value-based selling techniques.
  • A willingness to learn and adapt, even if you are not a blockchain expert.
  • Proactive and determined approach to prospecting and business development.
  • Strong negotiation skills for complex, multi-year sales agreements.
  • Fluency in both English and Spanish.
