About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Sales Leader, you will play a pivotal role within one of our most dynamic segments in the KeepTruckin Sales organization. You will lead a team of experienced Account Executives in engaging and securing top-tier prospects while driving revenue growth and achieving sales targets.
In this capacity, you will also be instrumental in the success of your team, focusing on hiring, coaching, and enabling both your Account Executives and the broader KeepTruckin business for sustained growth.
This position offers a unique chance to be a primary contributor to one of the fastest-growing sales channels within a leading SaaS company.
*HYBRID role-- 3x a week in office*
What You'll Do:
- Lead a high-performing team of seasoned Account Executives, collaborating to close significant and priority accounts
- Develop and implement strategic plans for your team to achieve or surpass ACV targets on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Monitor and assess the performance of your Account Executives against key performance indicators, providing coaching and support to help them meet both short and long-term objectives
- Establish training and coaching programs for Account Executives to ensure consistency and effectiveness throughout the organization
- Foster a culture of excellence and accountability through strategic hiring and continuous coaching
- Work closely with your Account Executives and engage directly with high-priority client prospects to demonstrate the value of KeepTruckin and secure large-scale contracts
- Ensure the effective use of CRM and other operational tools, processes, and best practices in pipeline management, forecasting, and sales execution
What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing SaaS sales teams
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets with Mid-Market and Enterprise clients
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others, demonstrating exceptional customer communication, empathy, and integrity
- A people-centric approach, with a passion for coaching and developing sales talent at all levels, along with a history of fostering strong sales cultures
- Demonstrated ability to bring rigor, execution, and accountability to daily processes
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams across Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Legal, and Operations
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM and sales technologies
