Role Overview:

The Sales Executive is responsible for marketing Infobip's offerings to prospective clients and generating new business opportunities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Focus on qualifying leads and closing sales effectively.
  • Sell a range of products or services directly or through partners to a designated customer base.
  • Engage specialists as necessary for specific sales aspects.
  • Develop comprehensive solution proposals addressing all application facets.
  • Manage sales processes through forecasting, resource requests, strategy, and planning.
  • Contribute to the creation, presentation, and sales of a compelling value proposition.
  • Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Success Executives.
  • Work closely with Business Development Representatives to follow up on leads.
  • Cross-sell to existing accounts as needed.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of years of relevant experience, including years in solution sales.
  • A proven track record of successful sales and commission earnings.
  • Ability to penetrate accounts and engage with key stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with Infobip and/or its competitors.
  • Experience interacting with C-level executives.
  • A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with prospects and clients.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
