Role Overview:
The Sales Executive is responsible for marketing Infobip's offerings to prospective clients and generating new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Focus on qualifying leads and closing sales effectively.
- Sell a range of products or services directly or through partners to a designated customer base.
- Engage specialists as necessary for specific sales aspects.
- Develop comprehensive solution proposals addressing all application facets.
- Manage sales processes through forecasting, resource requests, strategy, and planning.
- Contribute to the creation, presentation, and sales of a compelling value proposition.
- Negotiate pricing and contractual terms to finalize sales.
- Maintain client relationships by collaborating with Account Managers and Customer Success Executives.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives to follow up on leads.
- Cross-sell to existing accounts as needed.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of years of relevant experience, including years in solution sales.
- A proven track record of successful sales and commission earnings.
- Ability to penetrate accounts and engage with key stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Infobip and/or its competitors.
- Experience interacting with C-level executives.
- A collaborative team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities with prospects and clients.
- Intermediate proficiency in English.
