Main Responsibilities

* Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded
* Provide timely and effective communication to customers regarding shipment status and any issues that may arise
* Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless logistics and supply chain management
* Identify and implement opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions to meet customer needs

Requirements

* 3 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the logistics or supply chain industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with logistics and supply chain management software
