Inside Sales Representative

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Chemetall. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Support: Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Sales Support: Assist in generating reports, creating presentations, and conducting research to support sales efforts.
- Meeting Coordination: Organize and set up meetings with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Travel Arrangements: Make travel arrangements, including booking flights, cars, and hotel reservations.
- Expense Reporting: Manage expense reports and ensure accurate and timely submission.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Provide data entry support to the Marketing and Sales teams.
- Audit Support: Assist with audits and provide guidance on Shared Service Center processes.
- Value Added Taxes Report: Complete monthly Value Added Taxes reports.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field or area.
- Education: College degree.
- Skills: Proven administrative or assistant experience, excellent time management and organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office.
