You will develop and execute scalable talent acquisition strategies that align with our business goals, ensuring seamless growth across key areas like sales, product, and customer success.
About the Role:- Design and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract top-tier talent across all departments.
- Develop and lead end-to-end recruitment cycles for all roles, ensuring high-quality, timely hiring while maintaining high talent density.
- Create and implement scalable talent development processes that support lean, high-performing teams and align with our growth objectives.
You will be responsible for developing strategies to retain top talent, ensuring our culture of ownership, accountability, and high performance remains strong as the team grows. This includes creating and implementing development programs, including mentorship, leadership training, and other initiatives that prepare the company for scaling.
Additionally, you will ensure that OKRs are regularly updated and aligned with business objectives, leading the performance review process to track and enhance individual and team contributions. You will also collaborate with the executive team to promote AltScore's culture and values, making us an attractive destination for top talent.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in talent acquisition, talent development, or human resources, ideally in high-growth environments within SaaS or enterprise sectors.
- Proven success in developing and scaling talent acquisition and development processes, particularly in leadership and revenue-generating roles.
- Systems Engineering or Consulting Background: Ideal candidates will have experience in systems engineering or consulting (e.g., McKinsey, Bain) with a focus on building scalable processes and lean, high-performing teams.
Benefits:
- Competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $125,000 - $175,000 per year, depending on experience.
