At SoftwareONE, we're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Software Solutions Consultant. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for determining the overall strategic & operational scope of new business opportunities with customers and prospects.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Close collaboration with Account Managers, GSDC, Solution Specialists, and other cross-functional departments.
  • RFP process with Sales Organization.
  • Upsell and Cross-sell within named accounts.
  • Service Adoption and Utilization.
  • Business opportunities identification.
  • Targeted campaign support, enablement, and upsell.
  • Attending internal / external calls and presentations as an expert source.
  • Collaborate with sales on strategic potential customers to develop an account plan to maximize opportunities and increase gross profit attainment.
  • Drive resolution of escalations by working with customers, account teams and internal support teams.
  • Support enablement for customers as a Account Manager on products, licensing, and services, and proactively communicate updates.
  • Support customer setup and onboarding as needed.
  • Prospect new customers and have excellence service for our customers.

Requirements:

  • +2 years of sales experience.
  • Customer Intelligence: Utilizes data obtained on customers through various platforms to better understand customers and build deeper relationships.
  • Advanced English is a must.
