Job Title: Customer Success Hero

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Success Hero to join our small team of remote workers. As a Customer Success Hero, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our customers, helping them succeed in their real estate investing endeavors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide proactive and reactive support to customers via email, phone, and live chat.
  • Help customers overcome obstacles and achieve their goals through personalized guidance and coaching.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their long-term success.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to provide expert advice and guidance to customers.
  • Collaborate with the team to identify and implement process improvements to enhance the customer experience.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the real estate industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
